Larry joined GenPac in the spring of 1985 as a sales representative. In the summer of 2004, Larry became General Manager, and to date still holds both positions. Larry is a lifelong resident of Jackson. He and his wife, Cindy, have three children, J.T., Nathan, and Katherine. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, camping, watching football and baseball and playing golf.

Tommy joined GenPac in 1996. With a manufacturing background for twenty years prior to coming to GenPac, he has been associated with the packaging business for more than 30 years now. Tommy is married to Debbie. Together they have four children and three grandchildren. In his off time, Tommy and Debbie enjoy traveling, spending time at the lake and yes, he is a die-hard Chicago Cubs fan.

George has been in the packaging business for 27 years with 12 of those years in the Mid-South region. His selling experiences include shrink and stretch films, printed and unprinted structures, corrugated cartons and folding cartons. George believes that customer service is an integral part of his business and strives to provide his customers with quality service along with the best product to meet their packaging needs.

Ken has been involved in the packaging field for almost 30 years. Having been associated with GenPac since day one of it’s inception in 1982, Ken has seen the company grow into one of the most innovative sources of packaging and shipping materials in the country. He and his wife Barbara enjoy their family, church, and getting together with friends. Ken stands waiting to assist you with any of your packaging needs, questions, sourcing, or cost reduction programs.

Roy joined GenPac in 2009, bringing over 20 years of experience in the packaging industry. He and his wife, Jackie, have four wonderful granddaughters. In his spare time, Roy enjoys playing golf.

Kim Shappley is our Purchasing & Customer Service Manager. She has been with GenPac since 1983 and has worked in all areas of the company. Kim has 25+ years experience in the packaging industry and is your inside contact for anything that you may need. If you ever catch her out of the office, it is highly likely that she is visiting her favorite place to be, Panama City Beach, FL! Kim lives in Henderson, Tennessee with her husband, Shawn, and their daughter, Bailey.

Don came aboard with GenPac in 1992 with thirty years experience in the Industrial Packaging field. He has a heavy background in Interior Packaging Design. Don opened the Tupelo, Mississippi branch and presently is the location manager.

Caleb joined GenPac in 2007. He is married and the proud father of a baby boy, Ace. A graduate of Ole Miss - Go Rebs! - Caleb has been in sales for four years.
