Larry joined GenPac in the spring of 1985 as a sales representative. In the summer of 2004, Larry became General Manager, and to date still holds both positions. Larry is a lifelong resident of Jackson. He and his wife, Cindy, have three children, J.T., Nathan, and Katherine. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, camping, watching football and baseball and playing golf.

Tommy is married to Debbie. Together they have four children and five grandchildren. In his off time, Tommy and Debbie enjoy traveling, spending time at the lake and yes, he is a die-hard Chicago Cubs fan.

Kim Shappley is our Purchasing & Customer Service Manager. She has been with GenPac since 1983 and has worked in all areas of the company. Kim has 25+ years experience in the packaging industry and is your inside contact for anything that you may need. If you ever catch her out of the office, it is highly likely that she is visiting her favorite place to be, Panama City Beach, FL! Kim lives in Henderson, Tennessee with her husband, Shawn.
