Since the beginning of GenPac back in 1982, one of our goals has been to offer the best service anywhere to our customers. We take pride in the fact that you the customer can place an order for product that you need that day and we can deliver. The fact you can call late in the afternoon for a shipment that you need the next day and we can get it out to you is proof that we are reaching our goals.

In recent years, GenPac has added several new services to help better serve you the customer. GenPac will put inventory in our warehouses for you to offset long lead-times. We also offer consignment programs to many of our customers along with Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) programs. If given the opportunity, we will not let you down.
